COMPANY PROFILE

France is one of the greatest places for producing world class wines. All winegrowers do not have the possibility to export their wines for evident reasons as:

  • they don’t speak foreign languages,
  • they don’t know the international market,
  • and especially they don’t have the resources to export.


  • VINAROMA LLC offers its Customers a broad range of wines, appellations and wine styles that capture the flavors of the typical key vines growing in the French counties.

    Geraldine & Thierry have decided to create their own company thanks to the relationship they have with selected winegrowers, in order to export and conquer the international market.

    Thierry, President and Director of Operations, a four foreign languages speaker, (French, Dutch, English, German, and from now learning Korean!) has acquired a broad international experience, especially with Korean and Asian people.

    Geraldine, Vice-President, Financial Director, a master degree in Accountancy and Financial Management speaking French, English and German, assumes part of pre-marketing strategy and all the financial management process of the company.

    Geraldine and Thierry have been working several months to select French winegrowers who produce very good wines matching with the preferred taste criteria of Korean and Asian consumers.

    All our Winegrowers have meticulous vineyard management and consistently often win medals and honors in domestic field events.

    Their relationship is based on a complementary partnership: each one is focusing on what he or she does the best. This insures to VINAROMA LLC’s Customers, the best quality.

    VINAROMA LLC is dedicated to sell those wines under the “FRANCE SAVOUR” brand to Asian markets and to focus first, on South Korea and China.


    STRATEGY

    Why First South Korea?
    During year 2003, according to the Korean Customs Office Wine Korean imports from foreign countries have increased of 55,5%.

    South Korea market and Asian countries markets have a strong growth potential, and VINAROMA LLC wants to be an active actor of those new markets.

    In this situation, the main purpose of VINAROMA LLC is to answer the demand of those countries and the recent and increasing opening of “club of amateurs”, wine-bars, wineries, supermarket, Hotel Restaurants, etc. constitute most of our targets.

    Moreover, VINAROMA LLC’s part of strategy is to address the daily consumption of wines by giving the opportunity to everybody to access very good wines at a reasonable rate.

    According to the marketing analysis and to local statistics, VINAROMA LLC has summed up the Korean market as below:

  • Korea is one of the new biggest markets for alcoholic beverages in the world.
  • On-going changes in dietary and drinking culture among general consumers favor western and healthy alternatives including wine.
  • Wine is well positioned in the market with highly publicized health benefits.
  • Lack of local competition, but well from Chilean, Californian and Australian producers.
  • Young consumers are leading the expansion of the wine drinking culture.


  • More over, VINAROMA LLC is challenging for:

  • High consumer prices for wine in general.
  • Lack of awareness of wine among consumers and trade.
  • Little marketing and promotion efforts by U.S. suppliers and marketers.
  • Aggressive marketing and pricing supports by export-oriented competitors.


  • Majority of wine opinion leaders believe French wine is superior in quality and value. Newly emerging suppliers, especially USA, Chile and Australia are expanding their market-share in medium to low priced products while France and European countries are gaining more shares in high priced products.

    In order to reach most of Customers satisfaction, VINAROMA LLC controls all steps of the process from vineyards selection and fermentation methods, to bottling and delivery to Customers.

    VINAROMA LLC is dedicated to achieving the highest standard in handcrafted traditional wines at a reasonable rate, and also thanks to licensing deposits we have as regards to labels.

    In fact, VINAROMA LLC has developed a new concept for its labels, which will give the opportunity to its customers to target through a better and easier way, the best wine for their wished purpose.
